This year, we were proud to join Pride in London alongside members of the Council of Lutheran Churches (CLC), sharing a simple but powerful message: You Are Loved. Representing our Lutheran community were Pastor Elina, Lutheran student Tym, and ELCA intern Natalia, who marched alongside clergy, students, and lay members carrying banners proclaiming "You are loved." It was a joy to gather for worship at St Anne's Lutheran Church, London, where we shared a meaningful service centred on God's Word, grace, and fellowship. The service was led by Pastor Māris Sants, while Pastor Elina Wright preached an inspiring sermon on God's amazing grace. Reflecting on God's unconditional love, mercy, and the hope we have through Christ, she encouraged us to trust in God's grace through every season of life, reminding us that His love is constant and life-giving....

The LCiGB Synod took place in Liverpool on Saturday, 25 April. The focus was safeguarding, under the theme “Safe to Serve, Called to Care.” A short training session and discussion on recent LCiGB guidance were led by the LCiGB Dean, Laura Haupt. It was wonderful to receive updates from parishes across the country and to welcome new representatives to the Synod.
